Becoming a Member

Do you want to make a difference in the community?

Want to meet new friends and network with local people? Join a diverse group of people of all ages to undertake project work within the local community, fundraise and have fun? If so, we would like to welcome you to the Rotary Club of Sittingbourne Invicta.

Rotary Clubs

Clubs are the heart of Rotary. At meetings, members catch up with friends, hear what’s happening in our local community, exchange ideas and share plans for support where needed locally and sometimes internationally, as well as create lasting change.

Your club connection gives you the chance to develop skills like public speaking, project management, and event planning. You’ll meet interesting people from your community and around the country. And you’ll tackle local issues that are important to you and your fellow Sittingbourne Invicta members.

We Take Action

There's something that all Rotary Club members have in common: We take action.

As community volunteers, we reach out to people in need. We build, support, and organise. We work locally and have close relationships with the Swale Foodbank and Swale CVS and others. We also support Rotary’s worldwide fight against Polio and help communities around the world when disaster strikes together with the whole Rotary family around the world.

Put simply the 1.4 million men and women in 35,000 Clubs in 200 countries worldwide, including the 40,000 members in the UK & Ireland in 1,700 Clubs:

Get involved in their communities.
Connect with other like minded people.
Share their time and experience with young people.
Support global causes like eradicating polio.
Use their skills to help others.
Have a lot of fun.

Whether you're a veteran volunteer or new to community service, we're looking for people like you. Learn how you can get involved and discover the benefits of joining us at Sittingbourne Invicta.
